Thru the 5-Day Crystal Report Training class I was able to gain confidence in how to create and navigate Crystal Reports. Unlike the majority of companies which offer Crystal Report training, Mark’s course is tailored towards law enforcement and the idiosyncrasies of the data we work with. He knows from experience what type of data we want to extract and most importantly what we need to show with the data as crime analysts.

Mr. Rudolph’s deep knowledge of Crystal Report writing allowed him to deliver the information in a manner that I was able to apprehend and grasp. His five day course was the perfect time frame to move through the material at a pace that everyone in the class could understand. Mr. Rudolph is a valuable asset to have and even avails himself for assistance after the course. I’m very happy to have attended!
— Liz Rohrer, Waco Police Department Records Manager

FREE BONUS: On-Site Get It Done Day

While not a required part of the Training, we do offer this FREE OPTIONAL Get it Done Day. Past students have benefitted from the ability to bring work so that they can get guidance and feedback from the instructor on actual reports they are working on or want to create.  This day makes a valuable training even more relevant to your workplace.

I attended a week long Crystal Reports training back in April 2018 which Mark instructed. It was hands down one of the best classes I have taken to date. Mark was incredibly insightful, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about Crystal Reports and was beyond patient with all our questions. Trust me, we had a lot of them. Also, I loved that he has created his own workbook that pretty much walks you through everything step by step. He took the time to carefully address common issues and concerns we all had with our own agency specific reports. Additionally, I liked how the class became progressively more challenging throughout the week and having the last day be devoted to the students was awesome. Even after the class, Mark has made himself as available as possible and has without a doubt been one of the most valuable resources I can call upon for assistance.

Mark Rudolph’s five-day class on Crystal report writing got me from having no idea what a crystal report was to being able to handle complex queries. He was very patient and was able to adapt his teaching to the needs of the class, while attending to individual students to make sure no one was left behind. I would absolutely recommend this class to any student of any skill level.
