He has taught hundreds of classes and over 1,500 people how to use Crystal Reports. His training work has also included helping create and update training materials and manuals.

Since a career shift to law enforcement back in 2008, Mark now customizes his Crystal Reports training specifically tailored to the Law Enforcement/Crime Analyst community so that they walk away from class having learned and created reports, typically off of their own CAD/RMS systems or a sample CAD/RMS type database, giving them immediate take-away skills and reports from the classes.

He's a member of the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) and Colorado Crime Analysis Association (CCAA)He has taught Crystal Reports for both IACA at the Annual Conference in 2015 as well as for CCAA.

Mark also holds a Bachelor’s  of Science Degree in Business - Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mark Rudolph’s five-day class on Crystal report writing got me from having no idea what a crystal report was to being able to handle complex queries. He was very patient and was able to adapt his teaching to the needs of the class, while attending to individual students to make sure no one was left behind. I would absolutely recommend this class to any student of any skill level.
